Ultra ABV Ginger beer blended down with Peach nectar and honey has been my favorite (bottle carb like champagne) in swingtops. Lots of ciders too with fruit added in secondary/conditioning phase.

Anyway, I go by Fomenko's New Chronology, which places the Crucifixion in 1185 A.D. (the real year 33 you could say). Shame that we all have to agree with our school teachers or else "F minus".
A good Pilsner beer takes 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish. Not bad for something so good.

I made mead before it's delicious and try banana beer it's very tasty

I was also surprised the first time I tried but it's was surprisingly great.
For 1 liter fermenter
3 big Ripe banana mashed
1 tsp of yeast
4 tbsp of Honey
Water almost to the top of the container
Let it ferment at least at 25 degré
Check the taste every 24h as the taste gets stronger very fast
Longer you ferment stronger it gets
Strain trough a cheese cloth and serve fresh

If you consider the spirit world to be part of our multidimensional reality, Our oldest kin are 3,000 times older than the oldest human on Earth.

The mead you can buy in the stores is... well... just kind of OK. The only mead I have really liked has been homemade.
